B2HR-RNAPa

BioBrick RFC10 assembled part that consists of a fluorescence-based bacterial-two-hybrid reporter part (BBa K2109104) and a part containing an arabinose-inducible RNA polymerase alpha protein with a C-terminal cloning site (BBa K2109106) for inserting an antigen polypeptide to select single-domain antibodies from a library of antibody parts.

We were unable to assemble this part prior to the sample submission deadline and this remains a planned part.
